Who We’ve Worked With
Normally this section of a given companies’ web site or prospectus would have lists of people and customers whom they’ve helped.
You’re unlikely to ever see that with SearchLight. For the most part we operate under mutual non disclosure agreements (NDAs) and it’s easier for us to just not talk about our customers.
This does make traditional sales and marketing efforts somewhat tricky so it’s good that we’re not a traditional company.
Some of our customers treat us as one of their own and invite us to sit alongside them. In this capacity we’ve participated in many RFP responses and vendor selection decisions.
Some companies come to us with pressing problems needing urgent help. We’re glad to help. Our engagement model ensures that our customers can always get hold of someone they know.
Some people just want a chat over coffee. We love coffee.
